The client goals were to update and revitalize the entire space with a transitional design that appealed to current homeowners and potential buyers.
Overlooked architectural elements such as the ceiling detail seen above the fireplace were enhanced by creative paint choices, appropriately scaled moldings, and a specialty finish in the dome that was beautiful, and reflected light from the existing chandeliers the clients wanted to keep.
The clients wanted change to the existing walls, while at the same time retaining most of the existing wall finish. This challenge was solved with custom wall treatments strategically placed in the focal entry seating area.
New transitional furnishings, sconces, area rugs, and art, complete the lobby design.
These Photo Renderings show the exact space and design elements down to the smallest detail. Note the seating area image before the stone fireplace and wall treatments were added, and the after. Photo Renderings assist clients in visualizing the finished design. This is one of the deliverables and services we bring to our design projects.
